Is the Gem Theater Haunted?
The folks who work there say it is, haunted by a friendly ghost they call Lucy.
Who could Lucy be? Any thoughts on who might be haunting Kingsport's oldest movie theater?
The Gem opened in 1916 and has been home to a movie theater, a saloon, a church, a country music show and now the Downtown Kingsport Association offices.
