CSI: Vince

This is the clipping I found in my mother's jewelry drawer. And below is the back side. I ran the phrase "enabling Russia to gnaw" through newspaperarchive.com and found that the picture was from an ad for the grand opening of Little Store on West Sullivan Street. I zoomed in and figured out my mother saved the clipping because that was her good friend Clansa Carr - the woman in the little white hat (bottom left) - standing in front of the cake display!
